當你要做決定是否接受一家公司的聘用時,先去了解這家公司的企業文化是否適合你。
當你在接受面試約談時,你可以提出問題。但是,如果你只是問諸如:“你們公司的企業文化是如何的?”,或是,“你們對待員工好嗎?”這樣的問題,通常是不會得到真實答案的。
相對的,你可以問這家公司是如何做生意的。例如:“你們是否有激勵團隊發展的活動?這是自願性的嗎?”同時,你可以看看辦公室周遭。辦公室的氛圍與佈置,就能夠給你一些親身的感受。這個辦公室是否整潔,還是亂糟糟的?員工工作起來是很安靜的,還是七嘴八舌的?
這樣做,當然不一定能夠得到正確的答案。但是,你多關切一下應聘公司的企業文化,對你做決定是否參加這家公司,是會有幫助的。

culture is right for you.
When
you are in an interview, you can ask questions. But if you just ask
questions like, "What's the culture of
your company?" "or," How
