如何對你的同事表現體貼?

沒有人喜歡被人說是自私的人。被人看成是自私的人,則會妨礙到你的職場發展。
但是,你會被人看為是自私的人,不一定是因為你是刻薄的人,而可能是你因為你沒有給予足夠關心,沒有用足夠的時間來思考別人的目標與意見。
你只要有自覺,就可以開始成為一名體貼的人。
在辦公室里,你可以觀察同事的肢體語言,注意他的臉部表情,以及情緒信號。在網絡交流上,你可以不要急著表達自己的意見,而多以好奇的態度來問對話的對象。“你為何這樣想?”、“你的感覺如何?”
當你願意用別人的眼光來看事情,你會發現不僅比較能夠達成共識,你的人際關係也會跟著改善了。

How to be considerate to your colleagues?
No one likes to be said to be selfish. Being regarded as a selfish person will impede the development of your workplace.
However, you may be perceived as selfish, not necessarily because you are a mean person, and you may be because you have not given enough attention, not enough time to think about goals and opinions of others.
As long as you have the self - consciousness, you can start to become a considerate person.
In the office, you can observe the colleague's attention to his body language, facial expressions, and emotional signals. In the network communication, you can not anxious to express their views, and more to the curious attitude to ask dialogue objects. "Why do you think so?", "How do you feel?"

When you are willing to look at things with other people's eyes, you will find that not only are you more likely to reach consensus, but also your relationships will be improved.

人工智慧走入教育科技,讓知識能夠產生新應用


人工智慧(AI)將進入我們的知識學習,讓我們得以創作新的知識。

運用人工智能學習引擎技術,系統可以在你所輸入的多篇文章,經過你的專業情境語言(Contextual Language)導引,開始自動學習,以文找文,產生知識地圖(Knowledge Map),聚合出有意義的新知識。


今天,這種人工智慧專家系統,已經開始在台灣的警政犯罪偵防中應用。警政得以整合多項資料來源,包含影像格式的人臉識別與比對,語音通話中過濾出高嫌疑記錄,海關記錄,旅館記錄,等等,產生潛在的犯罪嫌疑人知識地圖,因而大幅提高偵查的準確率與效率。

過去一段時間,有幾宗犯罪刑事案件得以快速偵破,逮捕到犯罪嫌疑人,和人工智慧專家系統的導入應用,有關。

當你發現你的同事掙的錢比你多時

我們多數人并不知道身邊的同事賺多少錢但是你可能就從某些消息來源知道了你的同事的薪資竟然比你高,你如何自處
也許你會機動地衝進老闆的辦公室,要求加薪。但是,你應該冷靜,從你的老闆的眼光來評估形勢。也許你的同事確實就是比你資深、比你更有經驗、比你更有資格。
客觀地評估工作效能與貢獻,以及你的合理的薪資範圍。當你和老闆對話時,可以這樣說:“我注意到我的同事和我做同樣的工作,卻得到比我高的工資。我工作努力,而且我喜歡我的工作。我應該如何改進才能獲得加薪?”如果一次性的大幅加薪是不可能的,那麼可以請求給予一份工作獎金,或是給予多幾天的休假。
如果這些請求都不可能實現,那麼,就是可以考慮另謀高就了。

When you find that your colleagues earn more money than you do
Most of us don't know how much money our colleagues earn. But you may know from some sources that your colleague's salary is even higher than yours. How do you get there?
Maybe you will rush into the boss's office and ask for a raise. But you should calm down and assess the situation from your boss's perspective. Maybe your colleagues are more experienced and more qualified than you.
Objectively to assess the work performance and contribution, as well as your reasonable salary range. When you talk with boss, you can say: "I noticed that my colleagues and we do the same work, but he get higher than my wages. I work hard, and I love my job. How should I improve in order to get a raise?" if the one-time large rise is not possible, you can ask for a job or bonus, is to give a few days off.
If the request is not possible, then it maybe is the time to consider to leave.

有時,願意冒險要比待在現況要來得安全

我們多數人認為自己是不喜歡風險的但是當我們以為自己有“安全的行為”時,卻存在比我們所認知到的更多的風險。這是因為,這樣的安全通常就含有長期的不確定性。你以為有可靠的工作、穩定的婚姻,或是以為貨幣幣值是穩定的,事實卻不盡然如此。
真實的現象是環境本身很少會持久不變。最“安全”的黃金也會貶值。你可能會失去你可靠的工作。然而,我們卻以認為一切都會沒事的態度而忽略可能出現的風險。
雖然沒有人可以真正準確預測到風險會如何發生?何時發生?然而,你還是可以做一些防範。
在你做任何決定前,將所有可能發生的現象都做過調查與評估。你可以去請教專家的意見。而且,不要忘了也評估若是你不採取任何行動而可能出現的風險。
有的時候,維持現況確實比願意承擔風險,採取行動,還要危險。

Sometimes, it's safer to be willing to take risks than to stay
Most of us think we don’t like risk, but when we think they are "safe behavior", there are more risks than we realize. This is because such security usually involves long-term uncertainty. You think there is reliable job, a stable marriage., or a stable currency, but that’s not the case.
The reality is the environment itself rarely lasts. The most secure gold will also depreciate. You may lose your reliable job. However, we ignore the possible risks in the belief that everything will be okay.
Although no one can really predict how the risk will happen? When does it happen? You can still do some precautions.
Before you make any decisions, investigate and evaluate all the possible phenomena. You can consult with the experts. And don't forget to evaluate the risks that you may take if you don't take any actions.

Sometimes it is more dangerous to maintain the current situation than to be willing to take risks, and take action.

當你耽誤了別人的工作,承擔起責任

無論你如何努力你還是讓一起協作的同事失望了,你們可能因此錯失了一個重要的機會。
與其隱瞞事實,不如立即面對面的說出實際面臨的困難,以便有機會做出其他補救計劃。
如果你答應應該交出一份工作報告,但是你就是無法完成,你可以說:“我想我是無法做到了,你還是希望我繼續完成嗎?是否有人可以參與幫忙?是否有可能可以將期限寬延?”不要弄到人家已經沒有轉圜空間了。讓彼此都還能夠採取及時的補救行動

When you delay someone else’s work, take responsibility
No matter how hard you try, and you have disappointed a co-worker, you may have missed an important opportunity.
Rather than conceal the facts, it is better to tell the actual difficulties immediately and face each other to have the opportunity to make other remedial plans.

If you promise to hand in a report, but you just can’t, you can say: "I think I am not able to do so, you still want me to do? Can anyone help? Is it possible to extend to a later time?" Don't get people have no room space. Let each other can take timely remedial action.

當你成為團隊中的瓶頸,怎麼辦?

當你有太多事要做而沒有足夠的時間因而在每件工作上都輪流做一些。但是,如此每件工作都推進一些的做法,卻會為你的同事造成災難,因為你已經成為他們工作上的瓶頸了。
要擺脫這樣的困擾,可以請你的老闆為你設定好工作的優先次序,然後重新安排你的工作計劃表。將你的工作作出幾個清楚的進行階段,并將有些工作授權發包給別人,以便讓你能夠專心做你最擅長的內容。
對於不在計劃內的新的工作委託項目,委婉的拒絕。
事先決定好你每天要完成多少,然後按照計劃進行。每天寫工作進度報告,讓老闆知道你是負責而可信任的。

What do you do when you become a bottleneck in a team?
When you have too much things to do, but not enough time to do it, you will take turns doing something in every job. However, the practice of pushing every task forward can cause disaster for your colleagues, you have become a bottleneck in their work.
To get rid of such problems, ask your boss to set priorities for you, and then re-arrange your work schedule. Make few clear stages of your work and delegate some of your works to others so that you can concentrate on what you are best at.

花些時間想想自己的未來

我們多半會希望一直在職場與人生能夠一直順利成功當你問自己:“我將會是什麼樣的人?”,以及:“我想要往哪裡發展?”這就牽涉到必須為發展的方向做出選擇。
雖然你不能整日做白日夢去想你的未來,但是若是你不做一些思考,你很難達到你想象的目標。
如果你想要創業,或是想要領導一個團隊,你必須花些時間來做計劃,以及學習與取得所需要的技能與經驗。
關鍵在於,即使是你在當前的工作壓力下,你仍然要做一些對未來發展有幫助的思考,做出準備。

Take time to think about your future
Most of us will hope to be successful in our career and life. When you ask yourself, "What kind of person will I be?" And: “Where do I want to go?" This involves the need to make a choice about the direction of development.
Although you can't daydream about your future all day long, it's hard to reach your imaginary goal if you don't think about it,.
If you want to start a business, or want to lead a team, you have to spend some time planning, learning and getting the skills and experience you need.
The key is that even if you are under the pressure of the current job, you still have to do some thinking and preparation for the future development.
