決定你最重要的三項工作

光是有工作熱情與工作技能,不足以確保你的成功。你應該定期檢視有哪些成功因素可以讓你的工作表現鶴立雞群。
你可以先檢討哪些是工作是能夠讓你成功的。問你自己:“把那幾樣工作做好,最能夠得到老闆與同事嘉許?”然後評估自己現有的技能與做法是否能夠滿足這些工作的要求。你還需要哪些技能訓練或是做工作方式的調整?
寫下你的改善計劃,然後用你70%的時間專注在這些工作與改善事項上。對於其他不符合這些條件的其他工作要求,盡可能迴避。繼續這樣做,并做定期檢討,更新你的改善計劃。
Decide on your three most important tasks
Just working enthusiasm and working skills is not enough to ensure your success. You should regularly review what success factors can make your work stand head and shoulders above others.
You can first review what is work that enables you to succeed. Ask yourself: "the kind of job, the boss and colleagues can get the approbation?" Then assess whether the existing skills and practices can meet these requirements. What skills training do you need or do you need to make adjustments to your work style?
Write down your improvement plan, and then spend 70% of your time on these tasks and improvements. We should avoid any other working requirements which do not conform to these conditions. Continue to do so and make regular reviews to update your improvement plan.
