You don't have to accept every opportunity
When a good chance comes, even if you don't have any extra time, and this good opportunity is not your priority goal, it's hard to refuse.
However, let's face the fact: when we are young, we have every opportunity to accept every opportunity that comes, which is the important reason for us to succeed in the early stage of job development. But we have gradually made an excessive commitment.
But only by making the necessary refusal will enable us to succeed in the project we want to achieve. You have to allocate enough time to a project that you want to be successful for a long time.
So even if there are new opportunities, you must carefully consider whether you have enough time to allocate the new project without hurting your original target project. Are you able to do the necessary assessment and plan? Is there any other support for the new project? Or, can you introduce it to other suitable people? If you are interested in participating, what is the real meaning that it can bring to you? What is the return of investment?

How to read quickly and grasp the main points of the book?
In this era of knowledge explosion, everyone has to continue to enrich themselves, and reading books is a necessary way to let themselves grow. However, how can I take the time to read a book when his time is filled with all kinds of work and activity? Let me share the habit of reading that I have developed since I was in college.
You need to know that you don't need to read a book from the cover to the bottom of the cover, and every page is turned over. But you can grab the main points of the book in a different way.
First, you should read the author's self - Introduction to understand his life and past works. Second, read his summary of the book. Then, look at the Table of Content, a general understanding of the writing architecture of the book, and roughly the content of the book.
I have a speculative and effective reading method, which is to look at the last chapter and see the conclusion of the whole book. Usually, in this last chapter, the author will also review how he deduces such a conclusion, that is to say, he will give you a summary of what chapters he has made.
If you feel that you are not aware of some of the relevant basic knowledge or nouns, then you can take a short time to read the first 2 - 3 chapters, not more. In this way, you can get a general grasp of the important logic and basic knowledge of the whole book.
If you feel it's necessary to know more about some of the key points, then you can go deeper into these chapters.
If you want to, you can write a few words in the title page of the book, and the summary of your mind is usually not more than 20 words.
In this way, you can read the book at most two p.m. or evening. After a month, you can read it once more quickly and combine your thoughts with your time. So, even if you are not able to become an expert, has also started, and friends in the chat, you can talk.

Make learning becomes a habit
If you want to keep growing, you have to learn to be your habit.
First, you want to ask yourself why you want to learn? If the answer is "Absorb more knowledge", the goal is too vague. Your goal should be specific, and you can measure it. For example, "Every Friday evening, I read the data I collected this week and make a summary."
Keep this period of time and reject any other things that will seduce you. Keep a close watch on yourself if you do.
However, the most important thing is that the content of your study should be in line with your interests or advantages. When you know more about yourself, your learning habits are easy to develop and learn successfully.

You can also keep learning in your work
Many people do not want to be formal and have a teacher's eight hundred guidance learning program. In fact, there are many opportunities for learning on weekdays.
For example, you can learn communication skills at a meeting. You can read the emails sent by others to learn about their department's views or modes of operation. You can find a good business opportunity when you drink coffee with your customers.
You can focus on a certain area of knowledge, search the relevant knowledge on the Internet, communicate with the network community tools and those with relevant knowledge. You can use Youtube to search for topics to see how the film enriches your knowledge.
Finally, you can ask a close colleague to observe the results of your study and give feedback to you.

What do you do when a colleague annoys you?
When you work closely with others, you often encounter tension. Many of us will be tongue tied, his speechless, afraid to hurt camaraderie. But keeping things vague usually only makes the situation worse. In contrast, you should try to turn the situation into constructive.
First, make sure that your attitude is willing to establish a cooperative relationship. Don't talk or talk too fast, but you can say this: "a good working relationship is important for me, and something is in my heart -- can I talk to you?"
And then, to state the facts, to bring up an event, to tell your feelings, why are you so concerned about it? Make sure you end up asking, "what's your point of view?" Even if you don't agree with his reply, listen carefully.
Then, you can determine how the two sides can improve together. When both sides are aware of the facts and are willing to cooperate, there is a chance to get an improvement in the stalemate.

To develop more valuable connections, you have to attract them
As you develop your career, it will be difficult for you to have time to develop valuable connections, especially those with high value contacts or appointments.
To be able to see these valuable contacts, you must be able to show off in a crowd, to attract their interest and concern.
You can ask your friends what are your most outstanding characteristics, such as your expertise or your experience. Put them in your webpage, or put forward your related opinions and share them with your friends. They may have connections with these high-value connections, so they will have the opportunity to attract them.
In doing so, you will also have the chance to attract the high value people you didn't know. They may find that you have topics that they are interested in, so they will establish a direct relationship with you.
