每個社團，都有它的文化要素。這個文化，凝聚了社員的向心力。

在多數長青的社團中，都會有其儀式。例如，進入社團，有社員宣誓儀式；任命幹部，有布達儀式。

儀式，就是一種SOP (Super Operating Procedure).

儀式，傳遞了這個社團的價值觀。

讓我們從建立禮貌往來，重視交友發展程式開始，進而建立區域組織，從而發展我們自己的文化與儀式。

Every community has its cultural elements. This culture has condensed the centripetal force of the members of the community.
