你可以告訴他們你的願景，並要求他們提出評論，以及提出建議。你應該保持開放的心態，多採用他們的語彙，以及考慮你是否能夠接納他們的說法，包含他們開出來的參與條件。

這樣做的好處是，你可能會獲得更好的方案，更有實現的可行性，而且能夠獲得更多人支持推動。
