Three basic elements that give you satisfaction of your job

Think about the following basic content:
  1. What do you like to do? If you like the job, it is the potential and valuable project for the company, then, you can consider it as your career development option.

How to reduce anxiety?
Faced with anxiety is inevitable in our lives, but in today's fast-changing society, excessive anxiety can only lead to worse results. Too much pressure will not only reduce their productivity, but also endanger their health.
Here are three steps to reduce your anxiety:
  1. Don't worry alone. Talk to a trusted friend or colleague about your worries. Sometimes, just talking can help you relieve stress, and your audience may be able to provide you with some good guidance.
  2. Find out the facts. Usually a small problem is likely to expand several times and become a huge problem. Before you get really bothered, find out what the facts are. Find out what it is, how serious it is, and what it will involve.
  3. Ignore it. Why not give up worrying about the real problem when you are at a loss? Leave it behind. It may be easy to say that, but it is better to take it lightly than to let your troubles get bogged down and have no measures to deal with them.

Set your learning goals before meeting your mentor
It's important to know what guidance you want from your mentor. Before you first meet your mentor, you need to decide what you want to learn. Ask yourself what kind of guidance you want in your work and life.
You can analyze yourself first and know what your strengths and strengths are. What do you think can help you get bigger? What obstacles and challenges are you facing, or what weaknesses do you have that prevent you from achieving your goals?
Then you can share these self-analysis with your mentor. Limit your target project to five so that your mentor can give you the necessary good advice.

How do you get into the best working state?
Everyone expects his or her body and mind to stay in the "best working status".
How do you get yourself in top shape? Remember the following:
  1.  Initiate new projects, it is difficult to enter the best state. When you kick-off a new job, you have no precedent. To enter the best state, your mind must be able to have a subconscious. When you get into a new job, you have no way to begin with such subconscious.
  2. You need the right environment. Find out what kind of environment will help you get into the state. There are many people's coffee shops, or a quiet library, and then choose a comfortable working environment.
  3. The mood is very important. To enter the good working conditions need to have the right mood, put your subconscious to your work. Music can usually calm your emotion. Find your love songs, singers or tracks to help you.

How do you live after leaving?
All those who are still in the workplace will tell you that now may not be a good time to quit. They worry that it is not easy to find another good job after leaving. But some people can see clearly what is meaningful to them even in times of economic depression. They seem to be crazy and choose to quit to pursue their interests.
If you are ready to leave, remember the following three things:
  1. Pay attention to the work, not the salary. You will quit because the job can't satisfy you. Don't tie your free life to financial matters. You should be immersed in the job you choose.
  2. Study, study and re study. Any new experience will give you the opportunity to learn, record your valuable experience as much as possible, and share what you learn and share with others.
  3. Do whatever you want. Ready to meet all kinds of joy and sadness of life. When the climax comes, enjoy yourself, but smile when you are in the low.
