Change your aggression
Some people act rudely and pose a threat to other people. It was a bad thing, but he would say, "That's my nature." A bunch of insolence.
If you do too, you really should change. How do you do it?
  1. Know what others think of you. You may not be conscious of yourself. What is your greatest weakness? Ask your most trusted colleague or friend, and let him tell you what the biggest trouble he has with you. Please listen carefully without making excuses or explanations.
  2. Behave in other ways. The next time you feel you're going to offend someone else, what else will you do? You can promise your colleagues or peers that you will be different later.
  3. Pay the price. You can promise that if you make a mistake again, you are willing to be punished. Even so, it will cost you, but it's good for you.

How to reduce the negative news affecting your work mood?
Are you accustomed to responding to incoming messages at work? Be careful to read the meeting and respond to the news you receive. When most people receive negative news, it can easily affect their emotions and reduce their performance for the next day.
The following can help you reduce the negative news that affects your performance:
  1. Close message notification. Most of the messages that will be sent to you are mostly negative, so shut down your email or SMS notification temporarily. If something really important happens, you will always know it in time.
  2. Reduce listening to news. Most news reports and commentary programs are also mostly negative, or full of aggressive language, which can make your day dull or full of resentment. So try to avoid listening to or reading the news as much as possible.
  3. Change the people you come into contact with. More contact can provide solutions and motivate people, not people who always cause problems.

Plans are meant to keep you focused, not to test yourself
With a work plan, you can make your work and life more smoothly. However, relying too much on your daily work plan can also make you nervous. The best way to make your work plan worthwhile is to take it lightly and recognize its role and function.
Please refer to the following suggestions:
  1. Be purposeful, but be flexible. Decide in advance what you want to achieve and what deadlines you need to complete, but keep some flexibility in your development process.
  2. Redefine the criteria of perfection. For most people, a good day has been 60-70% of the work done, and progress is still being made. Think about how your good times make choices, not how you've done all the work.
  3. Don't use your plan to test yourself. If your self-worth depends on the implementation of a work plan, you lose the meaning of existence. Life is about continuing to struggle, not getting everything done.

Turn your diverse experiences into your strengths
If you have experienced many different careers in the past, and may not be directly related to the position you are applying for, it may be a barrier to the job opportunities you are applying for. Some companies may think you can't continue in a particular field, or that your character may be unstable.
It's important for you to let the interviewer know how diverse you are and what makes you a better candidate.
To do so, try to link your past experience to a moving story.
First of all, identify the goals that you can pursue throughout your past career, for example, you can always have good ideas in each link, or you can always motivate others. Next, explain what kind of work you enjoy. Think about what makes you happy to revel in the elements of work. Then incorporate these into your story.

Be aware of what you are most capable of, and how such expertise will function in your past diverse experiences. Talk about what kind of job you do and what you can do best to show your enthusiasm. Why do you like it? And explaining how your past experience can give you a bonus in preparing for the job you're applying for.

A prudent resignation

It's one thing to quit. Finally, getting out of the office is another matter. If you are intolerable to the existing work, but you can not overcome the psychological obstacles to submit your resignation, please refer to the following:
  1. Should be considered for long-term development. If you want to quit because you are tired of your boss or want to avoid trivial work, then you haven't considered your long-term development. If you want to resign, you should plan for a long-term development direction.
  2. Don't wait until you get a bonus to resign. You are determined to resign on that day instead of postponed for bonus payment. Once you get the bonus checks, you will feel that your present job is not bad, so you hesitate to quit.
  3. Discreetly leave. Unless you have arranged your new job, do not easily release the news that you are leaving. If you can't get to your new job successfully, and you shout in advance, you will be embarrassed.

Want to learn how to restrain yourself? Try to divert your attention
As a leader, it's important to control yourself not to do what you shouldn't do, such as talking too much at meetings, helping employees solve their own problems, etc. You have to focus on the important things you should do. However, how to restrain oneself?
Obviously, you should pay attention to the problem itself. However, it's like sleeping in a dream at night. You are always disturbed by a lot of confused thoughts.
At this point, you should try to divert your attention. It's like picking up a book to read when you can't sleep. Although shifting your focus may not necessarily help you solve problems right now, doing so can help you learn to refocus on productive things. For example, it is better to listen carefully in a meeting than to talk too much.
