How to ask for a raise?
Most people assume that if he works well, he should get a raise. However, in fact, you need to ask your boss to ask for a raise. Before you ask for a raise, please make the following preparations:
  1. Understand the overall situation. If the company is in good condition, it will be easier to get a raise. If your company is not in a good position, you may have to consider raising your salary later.
  2. Evaluate your market value honestly. What is your current salary level in the company or outside the company? Does your job really need your professional skills and experience? Does your boss have a chance to choose another person? Before you ask for a raise, it is better to assess your value in real terms.
  3. Emphasize your contribution to the company. If your boss thinks that your value will be recognized in the company, he will be more willing to support your salary increase request. You'd better find opportunities to show your value and contribution to the company in front of your boss and team members.

When you first start your new job, you will learn in the first 30 days
You will be anxious to know about the organization, the people and your role in the first month of your new job. In fact, before you arrive, you can start to understand, you can browse the company's web pages, and meet people who have served in the company.
After you arrive, you can get to know the company's work plan and performance information. You can meet your immediate employees one by one and ask them what they think about the team and what they think should be done in the future.
When you get this information, you can start to make some assumptions about your work plan and how best to show results. Of course, these lessons will create more problems for you, so even if you've started a new job, don't stop asking and learning.
