當你看到有同事不理性,或者是拒絕遵守一項政策,或是不承認一個好意見,都是會令人很挫折的。但是,每個人都會有自己的理由來表達意見,或是按他的意見做事,即使你不是完全了解。
以後,如果你遇到有同事不完全接受合理的意見,請這麼做:
- 不要堅持理性。這樣做只會讓別人防衛心,帶來更多的挫折。無論你的主張多麼有理,除非你了解你的同事的觀點,強勢推動你的主張不會獲得任何進展。
- 弄清楚對方的立場與論點。對方的抵抗總會有他的想法。找出來他為什麼這麼想,無論那是自覺的或是不自覺的。然後,你才能有針對性的處置
When
you see a colleague who is irrational, or refuses to comply with a policy, or
does not recognize a good idea, it will be frustrating. However, everyone will
have their own reasons to express their opinions or to do things according to
their opinions, even if you do not fully understand them.
Later,
if you have a colleague who does not fully accept reasonable advice, please do
so.
- Do not insist on reason. In doing so, it will only make others defensive and bring more setbacks. No matter how reasonable your argument is, unless you understand your colleagues' views, it will not make any progress to push your opinion forward.
- Make clear the opponent's position and argument. The opponent's resistance always has his idea. Find out why he thinks so, whether he is conscious or unconscious. Then, you can have a targeted disposal.
