Good leaders don't neglect their lives
Many leaders sacrifice some personal needs for organization, but this does not mean that they can sacrifice their personal lives. Leaders still spend enough time sleeping, exercising and other leisure activities to avoid falling into a state of collapse, which is due to excessive loss of energy, excessive attention, excessive enthusiasm and so on.
It's not easy for outsiders to notice that you're on the verge of collapse, but it can seriously affect your execution.
Some of today's superstars are able to give enough attention to their own needs as they commit themselves to others.
You have to maintain daily exercise, enjoy your hobbies, have dinner with your family, or do something important to you, giving yourself more time to achieve your goals.
You can start with small projects that are meaningful to you, and then keep them going. If you succeed, add other projects gradually. It won't take long, and you'll find that doing so will have a noticeable effect.

Evaluate Employment Offer
In the current downturn in the environment, to get a job invitation from potential employer, will inevitably have an overcome pleasure. But in a stagnant situation, employment not all job offers are equal. You need to decide to accept before. Do some real evaluations.
  1. Understand the financial situation of the company. Don’t assume because the company offer you a job is deemed no problem. You should try to understand the financial condition of the company and its position in the market.
  2. Evaluate your cultural adaptability. There is nothing wrong, the manager of the company decided to hire you to do such work. However, you may bear the consequences of cultural adjustment in the future.
  3. Don't just look at job descriptions. You should ask carefully what you are going to do? Who you will work with? How the company expects your role?
