你不妨嘗試以下三招來處理這種狀況:
- 承認你不知道事實。不要瞎猜,你就是不知道為什麼對方沒有回應你。不要讓你的好奇強化了你的不安全感。
- 要求澄清。直接問當事人他為什麼沒有回應你。
- 相信他的回答。無論他告訴你是因為太忙,或是沒有注意到你的留言,先接受他的理由,不要在他的話裡言語間無厘頭地推敲是否是事實。先接受他的回答,然後繼續推進你想要發展的事情。

Silence
is the worst form of feedback. It is obscure and natural. Silent feedback makes
you vulnerable to extreme anxiety.
When
you don't know why someone doesn't respond to your phone call, or respond to
your message or your email, it's easy to imagine the worst and your emotions
are negatively affected.
You
might as well try the following three ways to deal with this situation:
- Admit that you don't know the facts. Don't make a wild guess. You just don't know why the other party didn't respond to you. Don't let your curiosity strengthen your sense of insecurity.
- Request clarification. Ask the client directly why he didn't respond to you.
- Believe his answer. Whether he tells you it's too busy or he doesn't notice your message, accept his reasons first and don't ruminate about whether it's true in his words. First accept his answer, then proceed with what you want to develop.
