首先,千萬不要在發給這位朋友一封討論公司事務的郵件上,開頭就寫著:“Hi, 你最近好嗎?”相反的,如果你和朋友一起上街購物,也不要多談公司話題。
如果你在發給朋友的公務郵件上夾雜著對他妻子與孩子的問候,會讓他在轉發這封郵件給他的上司或是其他同事時,構成不少的困擾。
你應該將公與私的關係區分開來,把社交與專業關係清楚對待,才能夠將你們的關係保持得很順暢。
Keep professional, not public and private
If
you can work with a close friend, it will certainly increase the pleasure of
working. However, there are still some hidden rules that should be paid
attention to in order to keep the relationship smooth.
First
of all, don't start an email to this friend discussing company affairs with the
words, "Hi, how have you been?" On the other hand, if you go shopping
with your friends, don't talk more about the company.
If
you send a friend a business email mixed with greetings to his wife and
children, it can cause him a lot of trouble forwarding it to his boss or other
colleagues.
You
should distinguish between public and private relationships and treat social
and professional relationships clearly so that your relationship can be
maintained smoothly.
