Don't let your boss refuse you to interfere with your goals
When we ask for more resources, most of us don't want to be rejected. We usually believe that the more resources we have, the better the results will be.
But in this case, your boss has no chance to prove that you can use less resources and still be able to work in high quality, and you can find creative solutions.
In fact, the less experience you have and the more experience you have, the more likely you are to learn how to use your intelligence to create solutions.
Don't focus on what you can't get resources, think about how you face the challenge, can work with existing resources and cooperation with others, but can still meet the project deadline, or any other goal to reach the sales target.
You need to invest resources in the task, begin the experiment. You may find that even if there is no complete resource, or have more budget, as long as there is a complete plan, cooperation team, you are still able to work toward your goal.

You can still cope with what you're afraid of
When you're in a new situation, you naturally feel a little empty and powerless. However, most people are more flexible and more adaptive to what they feel.
To be able to cope with what you feel powerless, you can review what you've done, maybe a job, or you move to a new city.
Also, if you're nervous about socializing, think about all the people who interact with you. How do you speak to your new colleagues, and how do you speak to your old colleagues? How do you communicate with your relatives and the way you interact with your college classmates?
If you think about it, you'll be able to grasp the similarities and differences. You will find that, as long as you calm down, you can still cope with what you think you can't do. At the least, you won't be so afraid of facing new things.

Use two questions to help you prioritize
If your boss isn't the kind of supervisor who gives you a lot of instructions, then you have to prioritize for your work.
You can focus on the right things by asking yourself two questions:
  1.  What is the greatest contribution I can make?” To consider the needs of the organization and your unique strengths, experience and ability. But don't focus on what you are good at. Ask yourself:
  2.   “What am I passionate about?” Think about the projects and tasks, what make you most inspiring, and where you can make the most impact? Focusing your efforts will motivate you to put in extra effort.
Prioritize those that you can make a high contribution to and you can have a passion for working on. Prioritize your plans and arrange your work. At the same time, delegate or reject the low-value and low-interest jobs, and the day-to-day work of the meeting.

Help perfectionist, don't be too hard on yourself
Perfectionists are usually reluctant to expose their weaknesses, which makes them particularly difficult to teach. How should a mentor do it?
Try to focus your teaching on affirmation, validation, encouragement and support. Guide him to discover value, not just reward his performance.
When he fails or knows his own failures, helps him to explore the causes of failure, and bravely assumes responsibility for failure, and finds ways to improve.
Allow perfectionists to take on some mistakes, tell them they don't need to know all the answers, and encourage them to try and make mistakes, but show them how to learn and grow.
You can say to perfectionism: "I don't know, but we work together to find the answer.
