扭轉對手成為合作者

任何人在工作場合中或多或少會有對手,例如,老闆總是拿走光彩,團隊里的同事破壞了事情,而你總是很困難去避開他們。 
然而,你可以用以下方法將這些對手轉化成你的合作支持者: 
  1. 改變態度。先不要將你自己討厭你的對手的負面情緒擱在心上,而去想想你們彼此擁有的共同點,並且用一種新的角度去看待造成你們之間緊張的源頭可能是個合作機會的曙光。
  2. 建立互惠。為你的對手做些好事,例如協助完成他的項目,或是分享一個重要的消息給他。如此,你能夠建立起可以請他給你互惠合作的機會。
