如何與人際交往技巧笨拙的老闆相處?

每個人都會向要和老闆有良好的關係。但是如果遇到一位老闆不太會聊天,不會與人做眼神接觸,或是有的時候會說一些不恰當的話。
以下做法能夠幫助你和這樣的老闆相處:
  1. 了解老闆。花一些時間去老闆老闆的愛好興趣,他對什麼事情會有熱情?然後和他聊這些話題。

How to get along with a boss with awkward interpersonal skills?

參加社團來學習

每個人都會有好奇心。我們希望學習。但是我們必須工作與應付生活,不能專注在學習上。
要在百忙中保持學習,就是要將學習成為終身的習慣,並且主動積極的學習。
首先,你可以選擇你有興趣的主題。你是否想要成為某個知識領域的專家?或是想要閱讀新的知識?選擇1 – 2項興趣,可以讓你設定出可以達到的學習目的,並且可以持之以恆。
其次,可以去參加或是自己主持社團,集合有共同興趣的人一起討論、分享相關知識。這可以是個讀書會,或是網上討論群。
你可以觀察社團成員發表的知識內容,了解他們的素質。選擇其中和你比較談的來的,長期交往。並且,綜合幾位不同人的知識,成為你獨特的知識。

Join a community for learning
Everyone has curiosity. We want to learn. But we have to work and cope with life, not focus on learning.
To keep learning in the busy schedule is to make learning a lifelong habit, and active learning.
First of all, you can choose topics that you are interested in. Do you want to be an expert in the field of knowledge? Or do you want to read new knowledge? Choosing 1 - 2 interests allows you to set the goals that you can achieve, and you can persevere.
Secondly, you can participate in or own the community, gather togethers with common interests to discuss, share knowledge. It can be a book club or an online discussion group.

給自己留下時間做策略思考

如果你認為只有資深主管才需要做策略思考,請再想一想。無論你是公司里什麼層次的人,做策略思考都是必要的能力,而且這是永遠都可以改進的。
要確保你能夠看到大願景,就先確認你確實了解產業狀況,以及商業的驅動力,形成你日常的工作習慣。注意經常會發生的事情,了解你的同事通常會遇到的障礙困難。你要積極的和你公司里的同事以及產業中的朋友來了解市場,並且分享給你的人脈網。
花些時間來了解這些有價值的資訊,並且想好在你的職位上如何對公司作出貢獻。站在你老闆的高度來思考,會讓你有策略性的眼光。
Leave yourself time for strategic thinking
If you think only senior executives need strategic thinking, think again. No matter what level of person you are in the company, think strategically, and it can always be improved.
To make sure you can see the big vision, make sure you really understand the state of the industry, and the driving force of the business, and form your daily work habits.  . Stay calm when your colleagues ride on your head

然後,先停下你的這樣的不當舉止,起來走動一下,讓自己的思慮沉靜下來,讓自己恢復專心,以不著急的態度回到你應該做的工作上,讓自己看到一些小進步。
不要貪心,你的壞習慣不會立刻就可以戒除。但是,只要你注意到了,而且能夠逐漸控制,你終究可以戒除掉你的壞習慣。
Recognize your bad habits
We all have weaknesses. Fortunately, these weaknesses are usually not due to our lack of ability, but often because of our bad habits.
It's a bad habit when you're preparing your briefing material at the office, and checking your email, or surfing the web. You don't have priorities.
This may be because you're anxious, emotionally unstable, or you don't know how to deal with your current job properly.
The key to changing such bad habits is to recognize that you are doing inappropriate behavior. At this point, pay attention to your emotions, mental state, and the time and place of occurrence.
If you can recognize the state of your bad behavior, you will have the opportunity to control your behavior. Remind yourself that you have to pay attention.
Then, stop your bad behavior, get up and move around, calm your mind, get your attention back, get back to work you need to do, and make yourself see some little progress.
Don't be greedy. Your bad habits don't get rid of it immediately. But as long as you notice and control gradually, you can end your bad habits.

分辨“你想做”和“你應做”的差異

你是選擇“你想做”的事情,還是“你應做”的事情來做?多數人會傾向于能夠讓我們感到愉悅的事情。但是,長期來說,能夠滿足他人的工作,才是真正讓自己內心可以得到滿足的。
以下的方法能夠讓你找出你的熱情:
  1. 找出一項活動來問自己,做這件事你會感覺高興還是不高興?
  2. 問自己的價值觀,哪些事會驅動你去做,而哪些事你不屑一顧?做什麼樣的事情你會覺得驕傲,而做那些事你只能孤芳自賞?
  3. 將你找出來的幾件事做個比較,其中是否有既可以讓你感覺高興,又可以讓你覺得驕傲?若是沒有,就必須做一些改變,專注于值得你去發展的項目。
Distinguish difference between you want to doand you should do
Do you choose what you want to do, or do what you should do? Most people tend to do things that make us happy. But in the long run, to be able to satisfy others is real satisfaction of your heart.
Here are some ways to find out your passion:
  1. Find an activity to ask yourself, do you feel happy or unhappy about doing this?
  2. Ask your values, what drives you to do it, and what you don’t care about? What kind of things do you feel proud of, and do those things you can indulge in self-admiration?
  3. Make a comparison between the things you've found, and whether or not it can make you feel happy and make you feel proud. If not, you have to make some changes and focus on projects that are worth your development.
