How do you say your first appointment when you are applying for an interview?
As a new employee, you have 90 days to bring changes to the company. So, no surprise, in many interviews, the interviewer asks, "What are you going to achieve in the first three months of your term?"
You should have a thorough idea of how to work with your prospective colleagues, your boss, and how to introduce you to your clients.
You can generally imagine the role you might play in entering the company in the future, and the challenges you might face.
You can start by looking at the opportunities and challenges facing the company, or similar companies, from an outsider. Then, put forward your opinions and suggestions.
Be careful not to say dubious and try to get a smooth answer, such as, "I won't make any changes until I learn more." But don't be too arrogant and commit yourself beyond your ability.
