Don't change your job in a hurry
A bad boss, a coworker, a bad company, and a variety of reasons that can keep you out of your job, impulsive to get a job and leave the bird. But personal feelings and finding jobs are two different things. Anxiety may make you eager to find an external new employer, but you fail to notice that other parts of the company may have a job and a boss for you.
Calm down first, don't worry.
Think of your current boss is bad may transfer or termination? Your job performance is not good, and he may be more responsible than you. Or is it possible for the company to get a large order recently?
Ask the friends you trust and listen to their opinions on your depressed mood.
Even if you want to change jobs, you have to wait for good treatment or better development opportunities.

Get feedback before changing the way to the runway
When you start to job hopping to a new company, you usually expect to be able to expand your career prospects. But creating personal success by job hopping is usually an illusory myth rather than a fact.
Many people will sign up to enter the new company, just because he encountered setbacks in his previous job. However, such problems often arise in a new company.
If you don't get the opportunity to get a promotion in your current position and be ready to accept a new job that you think will shine, please get your sincere feedback.
You'd better listen to the experiences and comments of those who have been promoted and promoted in your company.
  1. What kind of job skills do you show?
  2. What kind of skills and performance do you have to develop?
  3. What conditions hold you back?
These feedback can help you understand the challenges that leaders must face, and these challenges exist as you enter the new company. Be ready for your job before you jump.

If you want to change to a new job, make the necessary understanding
If you want to change the runway in career, you may have difficulty knowing whether you will be happy in new position or new industry.
You'd better find 3~5 people in your industry of interest and interview them. If you don't know anyone, you can ask your colleagues to introduce them or find such people on social networks. Don't feel ashamed to be in contact with outsiders. When someone makes an advisory opinion to them, most of them feel very fluffy and are willing to tell what they are doing.
You can invite them to have coffee or lunch together. Before you meet, be prepared to list the questions you want to know. These questions can include: "what are your favorite content in your work?" How do you work in a day? "If someone wants to exceed your performance, what should he do?"

It's better to be honest with others than to be smart enough to quit job hopping
In the Mainland, young people are often seen under the pressure of family economy or want to compete. Job hopping often happens in career development. Some people, on their resumes, are not ashamed to write about their contributions in the work of other colleagues in the original company, even in the company's intellectual property. They will use it as a demanding reward. However, this clever trick is impossible to test, the new company will soon find your practical ability, or if you use your temporary value, you will be in the cold. More seriously, your morality will be questioned.
Research has shown that, in general, long-term remuneration in the same company will be higher than that of job hoppers. This is because you work in the same company for a long time, not only can accumulate your actual professional ability, can accumulate your relationship, while your value can make a higher contribution on your solid foundation.
Next time, if you think about changing the runway and choosing a job hopping, you should consider that most companies look forward to real strength, loyalty to the company, and long-term service contributors to the company. Even though this may take longer, it will have better results for your long-term career development.

I haven't had any work before. How can I get work experience?
Nowadays, we must strive for experienced talents in the talent market. How can you get the job experience you need if you want to apply for a job but have never had a job, or if you want to change the track at work without any relevant work experience?
You can do this:
  1. Strive for internship opportunities. Whether or not you are paid for a job, you can consider volunteering for an internship.
  2. Accept temporary dispatch. Although it's a short-term job, you can also observe and learn the skills and practices needed to get the job done.
Most importantly, in these short-term jobs, you can meet experienced people who can guide you and assist you in writing your resume to the point where it's not too crazy.
