Indulge in the striving for achievement
Try something new and often meet with setbacks. A few times, you're easily discouraged.
However, before you are ready to give up, remember that in the process of catching up, you are gradually beginning to appreciate the process of achieving perfection. In order to be perfect, try not to focus on what you want to achieve, but instead focus your attention on the process of achieving it.
If you want to be a good manager, you have to go through a long, lonely process. If you want to be a good salesman, you must be over and over again for customers to your cold-shoulder treatment. You will achieve your goals if you are willing to change your mind and indulge in the striving for achievement.

Please do some homework first and then promise your help
Are you bombarded with many requests for fatigue? Later, if someone asks for your assistance, ask him to do some homework first. Only those who really need your help will seriously respond to your request.
Here are some tips on how to treat people who ask you for help:
  1. Please tell me about your work. When someone asks you to recommend to your company, you can ask him politely to write simple three paragraphs, explain why he is the best person for the job, including his previous work experience and work role he expected.
  2. Please introduce your friend. When someone asks you to introduce someone to your network, you can ask him to abstract his request so that you can hand it to the person he wants to see.
  3. Please give feedback. When someone asks you to give feedback on his ideas, you can ask him to explain what he wants and provide more material, such as business plans, charts, or any background information.

How to get more support from tutors?
If you are a student eager to grow up, how can you get more support from your mentor?
You know, the tutor is very busy, there are many things to pay attention to, and he has no obligation to give you extra attention. If you expect to get the time he gives you his baby, you need to do some homework yourself. For example:
  1. Pay attention to what he is interested in. Take your mentor's interests to heart. If you see an article or news that he will be interested in, pass it on to him. But be aware that this article is best related to your work. Or, you save it, take a note of it yourself, find time to say your opinion when you are talking, and hand it to him.)
  2. Put forward your opinions and ask for advice. In theory, you will be less qualified than your tutor. However, if you can offer your own opinions and ask for advice on certain issues, most of the time you will receive further attention from your mentor.
  3. Performance exceeded his expectations. The most practical thing is to make the work he delivers exceed his expectations and make him look up to you.
  4. Express your gratitude. The tutor is also a person. If you flatter him, he will still be delighted and dizzy. Publicize y

How to report bad news to the boss?
I screwed up the project. What should I do? Do you want to report to your boss truthfully? Will I be blamed?
Nobody likes this situation. But it's no use hiding it, or letting it come out naturally, or waiting for the boss to find out, and it may cause you more trouble.
Next time, when you mess up the project, please report it to your boss promptly and truthfully, and adopt the following methods:
  1. Explain. Give the boss an overview of the origin of the problem and let him know the scope of the adverse impact.
  2. Actively and responsibly propose alternative solutions. Put forward a concrete and feasible alternative solution, and participate in the discussion with a positive and responsible attitude until a concrete and feasible solution is found. Don't leave it to yourself, let it develop and leave the consequences to the boss.
  3. Take responsibility for the consequences. Taking the initiative to show willingness to take responsibility for the consequences you have caused can minimize the suspicions and incorrect misunderstandings of your boss and other colleagues. Accepting the necessary job or role adjustment because of your own mistakes can re-unite the team strength and give you a more stable foundation for future development in the company.
