Job seekers should highlight your achievements
In general, a resume just describes your qualifications and job skills, but in addition to lists of qualifications and skills, you should reinforce how you have made unique achievements in your past positions.
If you are a salesman, whether you have beyond the annual performance goals? What percentage? Or, if you were in charge of customer service, have you reduced the number of customer complaints? How did you do? How much?
As far as possible to quantify the performance of your achievements, and accompanied by the best earned awards, such as customer upgrade, thanks to proof. For example, you may start was appointed as production supervisor, and then after six months, you will be able to fully grasp the company to ensure the quality of work.
You should make a summary of these achievements on your resume, and then make a key statement when you are interviewing for an interview, which will help you stand out from a group of applicants.

Interview, please prepare your story
When you are ready to accept the job interview, it is better to prepare a few of your stories. Some stories can be a good moral character and character of metaphor you, some can show your wisdom, some directly shows that you can meet the position required work skills.
These stories should also show that you will be able to contribute to the company, while you are a loyal, trustworthy and diligent person.
You'd better prepare a failure story at the same time, and you realize the reason for the failure and how to improve.
You should try to be as honest as you say, the lessons learned. This can win the trust of the consular officer, to increase his impression to you. The consular officer may further request you to explain your shortcomings. Therefore, there will be on the spot than to brush a slap in the face of good.

Stop complaining about your career choices
"I'd rather not choose this business," I said. "I should have quit my job." It's never pleasant to complain about your career decisions.
It's better to confront your future than to let it continue to torment you:
  1. Ask for giving advice. Find a trusted friend to discuss, with different perspective to review your regret. Choose usually confident, imaginative, willing to positive thinking people to discuss, and don't find those common people who love to detest the world and its ways.
  2. Do scenario assumptions. Get feedback with a new perspective of your occupation. For example, if you're sorry you are engaged in public relations work, maybe you can ask yourself: If I would like to support a reason to engage in this public relations work, how about it?
  3. Find ideas that will support you to continue. Think about your hypothetical situation more deeply. If you start to feel excited about it, keep going until you realize what you think.

Don't look at your mobile phone all night and go to bed

We all know it's important to get enough sleep, but there are still a lot of people who are affected by mobile phones and can't get a good night's sleep. Many people worry that they're nervous about not getting important information, and they should keep their mobile phone beside them when they sleep so that they can slide the phone to check for incoming messages at any time with a beep.
Try to control yourself from ignoring the phone beep for 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, then an hour, and finally get enough rest and sleep without looking at the phone all night.
If you have any important information, you wake up on the second morning and have time to deal with it.

How to reject an offer?
You went to a company's job interview and got an offer. However, for various personal reasons, you have decided not to accept the position. At this point, how should you respond?
The most important attitude is that you should show respect. After all, you take the initiative to attend the interview, and the other party must also undergo some assessment before deciding to choose you from a number of candidates. If you ignore the admission notice, who knows what unexpected things will happen in the future?
Following are the steps you should take when you decide to refuse an offer:
  1. Thank you. For the key executives you met during the job interview, the interviewer, or the decision-maker you know decided to hire, you should at least call to express your heartfelt thanks.
  2. Give reasons. Explain clearly why you finally decided not to accept the position. This is the most important part of rejection. Be as honest as possible without insulting the other party or its company.
  3. Keep in touch. Before the end of the conversation, be sure to say you want to keep in touch with each other. You never know who you reject today and what new relationships you will have in your career?!

How to lead former colleagues?
It was really exciting to be upgraded by the company. But it's embarrassing when you're faced with former colleagues who sit on their feet before you want to lead. At this time, the former friendship (or competition) will inevitably change.
The following can help you through this period of relationship change:
  1. Arrange individual meetings with team members. Scheduling private meetings instead of group meetings will allow you to adjust your message to everyone's situation and let each team member know what you expect of him and how you can support him.
  2. Hold team meetings. After you meet with the team members individually, you will collect a lot of opinions. Then, you can hold a team meeting to tell you about the team's development goals, which changes should be made and which ones should be well preserved. Explain to you how the team should work in the future, and you hope that you can cooperate sincerely.
  3. Deal with challenges to your leadership authority. If someone refuses your leadership or pulls you behind your back, you should ask him to meet and tell him your displeasure, but you can ask him why he is making each other unhappy in this way.

How do you make your goals easier to achieve?
When you fail to achieve your goal, you will blame yourself and think you lack enough talent or willpower. In fact, there is little relationship between innate ability and whether or not it is possible to achieve goals.
Instead of blaming yourself, try two ways to make your goals easier:
  1. The goal is to be defined clearly. If your goal is to "find a better job" or "eat healthier", this goal definition is too vague. Vague goals make you lose motivation or feel bored. You should make your goal clear and not allow you any room for discount.
  2. The objective and the reality should be taken into account. Think about what you want and what you already have. You must review it over and over again in order to work out a clear and feasible plan of action.

Reduce stress by empathizing with yourself

You have too many projects waiting for you to complete, each with a deadline, and people are looking forward to you. Because you can't resist these pressures, you have to learn how to manage them.
Research shows that if a person can "self-compassion", they are usually more relaxed and happy, which can reduce anxiety and frustration. You must be willing to look at your possible failures in a thoughtful and understanding manner, not too critical of yourself or in a defensive attitude.
Most people think that they should put pressure on themselves to show their best, but doing so will make them very painful.
If you can do "self-compassion" in the most difficult times and learn how to solve difficulties, you can reduce your stress and improve your performance.
So understanding such self-compassion is a human nature that allows you to break through obstacles.

To do more work by setting up a schedule
Many people will feel that there is more and more work pressure and need more work time to do more work. To make yourself able to cope with the pressure of the job, it is recommended to set up a schedule and make a clear schedule of your daily life and work. You can allocate your work according to the schedule and make it your habit of life and rest.
For example, you go to bed at a fixed time every night so that you can get enough sleep or exercise immediately after getting up, even if you don't like to jump out of the bed. You can also ask yourself to write down the important work that must be done on the two day at the end of the day, and work on the second day and do these important tasks before dealing with other things.
If you can arrange your life in this way and make it a habit, you can focus on important projects and get more done.

Overcome the tiredness of a day's work

To be able to do the best job, you need to focus and maintain good physical fitness. But it is easy to get tired after eight hours of work a day. You can yawn, your eyes are tired, your brain is slow, it's hard to concentrate on your work.
How do you overcome such tiredness in your work?
  1. Arrange your work according to your physiological state. Some people get the best physical fitness in the morning at around 10 p.m. and around 4 p.m. You can arrange difficult work in this period.
  2. Finish a few jobs first and give you a sense of accomplishment. Whether it's a simple job or a difficult job, we should finish one or more first, so that we can have a sense of accomplishment, which can invisibly bring us plenty of spirit, and can continue to cope with the follow-up work.
  3. Stand up and move. As long as the bones and joints of the body are able to move, Qi and blood are easier to circulate, allowing the brain to have oxygen supply. You can stand up and pace around your desk, climb stairs, or wash your face, remove grease from your face, and keep your eyes fresh.
  4. Close your eyes and relax. Put your work aside for a while and close your eyes. You can use your mind to relax the tense muscles on your body. Anyone who has high work performance will do such a relaxation action.
  5. Get enough sleep. This is the only way to combat fatigue effectively, and it is a guarantee for your success.

The harder it is to learn, the easier it is to remember
When the information you need is right in front of you, you will pay attention to its time, maybe just a glance, and then put it aside. That's why people want knowledge to be easy to learn. But it usually takes you very little effort to learn knowledge, and before long, you're not even sure what it's talking about.
However, it is not easy to learn knowledge that will make you remember long-term knowledge.
To achieve effective learning, instead of giving learners a long time to learn only a small piece of knowledge, it is better to give a complex comprehensive topic, which requires completion in a limited time. Provide some relevant knowledge courseware, let them study and understand, and allow students to try and error, and then give error correction guidance, so that they can really understand and learn.
Such a way of learning is necessary and important for the selection, promotion or relocation of talents.
