停止說“這不是個人的事”

如果在你整天都在拼命工作時，聽到有人對你說：“這不是個人的事，這事關公務。”，你多半要感到氣餒挫折。這實在很荒謬，當你用生命中很大部分的時間都在工作，為團隊付出，怎麼有人會認為你有私利心？

我們有必要在向同事或員工對話時，停止這樣的語言。

你可以這樣說：“不要被一時的失誤，打敗了你自己。”或是，“再給自己一次證明你的價值的機會，不要放棄。”

這不是語氣的問題，而是多鼓勵他人，確實能夠產生比較好的結果。最好的領導主管，總會關切到個人，並且會善用激勵來領導。

Stop saying, "It's not personal."

If you're working hard all day, you hear someone say to you, "It's not personal. It's a business." Most of you have to feel discouraged and frustrated. This is really ridiculous. When you spend most of your life working and paying for the team, how can someone think you have a private interest?

It is necessary for us to stop such a language when we talk to colleagues or employees.

You can say, "Don't be defeated by a moment and beat yourself." Or, "Give yourself a chance to prove your value, don't give up."

This is not a question of mood, but more encouragement to others, and it does produce better results. The best leader is always concerned about the individual and will be led by encouragement.
