- 他的工作職位不對。如果他不喜歡他現在的工作,感到不快樂,你再如何指導,都很難激發出他的學習動機。你應該在適當時機,協助他找到他有興趣的下一個工作。
- 他對所有的人都抱怨。如果有人認為他自己的問題都是別人造成的,你是無法幫助他的。你應該去幫助那些願意承認自己的問題行為、願意接受你的指導的人。
How to guide the students to explore your "impossible to
teach"?
If
you instruct a student who does not want to receive guidance, the best thing is
