如何在啟動新項目時克服你的焦慮感?

當你要準備一場演講、寫一篇評論,或是要安排一項新計劃時,你會很自然的感到焦慮。
能夠準時啟動一個新項目,是能夠確保項目能夠準時完成的重要因素。如果不能準時開始啟動,就會嚴重影響到後續的工作效率。
面對新項目的許多不確定性,你會感到棘手,甚至有些畏懼來啟動它。
