設定自己的成功標準

任何曾經參加過同學會的人都能夠感受到什麽是成功的壓力。
在企業里,我們經常以組織的觀點來看一個人是否成功。但是,這並不是一個衡量一個人整個人生是否成功的恰當作法。
如果你用外界的標準來衡量自己的成功,你多半是不會滿意的,你總會發現有人職位比你高,賺錢比你多,住的比你好。
與其和他人相比,不如建立自己的成功標杆。將你自己的期望寫下來,並且和你最親密的人分享。如此,你可以有實際可行的努力方向,對自己負責,而不是對他人負責。

Set your own success criteria
Anyone who has ever attended a classmate reunion can feel the pressure of success.
In enterprises, we often see whether a person succeeds from the viewpoint of organization. But this is not a proper way to measure the success of a person's whole life.
If you use external standards to measure your success, you are mostly not satisfied, you will find that there is a higher position than you, more money than you, and better to live.
It is better to set up a successful benchmark than others. Write down your own expectations and share them with your closest friends. In this way, you can have practical direction and be responsible for yourself instead of others.
