多工工作也許會讓你可以加快待辦事項的完成,但是它也可能讓你犯錯,與失去對重要內容的注意,並且會不容易保留關鍵資訊。
以下是讓你能夠專注工作的方法:
- 往好處想。正面的情緒能夠讓你的頭腦良好運作,並且可以鼓勵你產生好的創意與做策略思考。往好處想你在進行的工作,能夠改善你的情緒,讓你工作愉快。
- 抵擋分心。要有自覺什麼事情會讓你分心。當受到干擾時,要自覺能夠讓自己回到專注于手上的工作。
- 將過去的事情留在腦後。當你要進行新的工作,你的腦袋裡還會存留有部分上一個工作的印象。在預備進行新工作前,出去走走,做一些運動,或是深呼吸幾口,清除你的腦袋,不要再去想上一件事。

- Think of the benefits. Positive emotions enable your brain to function well and encourage you to generate good ideas and strategic thinking. To think positively about what you are doing can improve your mood and make you happy.
- Against distraction. Something to be conscious will distract you. When disturbed, be conscious of allowing yourself to return to work focused on your hands.
- Leave the past behind you. When you are going to do a new job, you will still have some impression of your last job in your head. Before you get ready for your new job, go out for a walk, do some exercise, or take a deep breath to clear your head and stop thinking about one thing.
