不要每次當新工作來到你的桌上或電腦中,你就急著要去處理它。選擇那些能夠協助你達成目標的工作來做。你也要有自覺的決定哪些事是你不想做的,或是可以外包給別人做的。Admit that you can't do it all
If
you are like most people, you are oppressed by a lot of jobs all the time, but
you can't finish it all the time. The fact is that you don't have enough time
to complete all the work.
Once
you acknowledge such a reality, you can turn to an independent choice of what
you want to do. Instead of waiting for a disaster to happen, it is better to
set aside your work that is not important to you and concentrate on something
that is closely related to you.
Don't
rush to deal with your new job every time you come to your desk or computer.
Choose what you can do to help you achieve your goals. You also have to
consciously decide which things you don't want to do, or you can outsource them
to others.
