How to accept the tasks assigned by superiors?

The ability to accomplish a difficult project in a very short time usually brings another higher challenge, and the boss will ask you to reach the next project in a shorter time. If you accept such an impossible task of increasing difficulty, you will collapse and fail.
Next time, your boss assigns another task that he thinks is the only thing you can achieve. You should ask him to give you a few days to think about it. You can use these days to plan your project plans, draw up the manpower and resources you need, and predict the bottlenecks that you may encounter.
Your plan must be realistic. Don't assume that your team can work 80 hours a week. Then, share the project with your boss and tell him why you can't achieve the expected goal of the task, and negotiate with him to get the resources you need and the time you need.
Write down the results of your consultations and send them out by email. This is to guard against the basis of your defense or further negotiation if the resources he promised are not in place, or when the deadline for the project is required to change.
