1. 不要爭論。不要和他起衝突。這只會讓你的老闆更不信任你，並且會干涉更深。
2. 了解原因。去查明，你的老闆是否面臨巨大的壓力？還是他缺乏足夠的工作或是管理技能？弄清楚是什麼原因讓他如此憂慮，然後設法對症解決他的顧慮。
3. 讓他了解進度。愛做細微管理的主管通常很焦慮。你可以用郵件或是定期報告讓他知道你的工作進度，使他感覺一切在他的掌握中。

How do you get along with a broken-like boss?

When you meet a boss who loves to do fine management, it is really annoying to tell you what to do at any time.

If you encounter such a control freak boss, please do the following:

1. Don't argue. Don't conflict with him. This will only make your boss more distrust and interfere.
2. Understand the reason. To find out whether your boss is under great pressure. Or does he lack enough work or management skills? Figure out what caused him to worry so much, and then try to solve his worries.
3. Let him know the progress. The manager who loves to do fine management is usually anxious. You can use e-mail or regular reports to let him know your progress and make him feel that everything is in his grasp.
