在恰當時機停止導師關係

導師關係很容易維持得比它發揮的效用還要久。有了導師，你會對能夠激發你的與導師的對話產生喜悅，你獲得了學習的機會，而你也有了成長。

但是，有的時候，你需要再升級。你可以設定目標然後評估你是否已經達到了這些目標。一旦你達到了這個目標，而原來的導師已經無力再繼續提升你的能力了，那麼，你應該另尋名師了。

這時，你應該謝謝原來的導師，並請他推薦其他良師。即使和他停止了契約，你仍然可以繼續和他保持聯繫。

Stop mentor relationships at the right time

Mentor relationships can easily last longer than they work. With a mentor, you will be happy with the conversation that inspires you, you will get the opportunity to learn, and you will grow. 

But sometimes you need to upgrade. You can set goals and evaluate whether you have achieved them. Once you have achieved this goal, and the original mentor is no longer able to continue to improve your ability, then you should find another teacher. 

At this point, you should thank the original mentor and ask him to recommend other mentors. Even if you stop the contract with him, you can still keep in touch with him.
