當你手上工作項目太多,沒有足夠的時間處理好,會很容易對自己與旁人失去控制,無法靜下心來好好處理,並且因而情緒失控。
此時,你可以學著說“No”,並且開始試著不要陷入必須同時多工工作,這些做法都有助於成為長期的解決方式。
但是,如何能夠當下就控制好你的情緒呢?
你可以這麼做。在每個小時中,用一分鐘來深呼吸,靜下心來,想想在過去一小時里,自己是否成為自己想象中的人呢?自己是否是名好主管或是好同事呢?然後,承諾自己在下一個小時會做好自己。
有些時候,只要有一點兒時間,就能夠重新控制好自己,而不會讓自己失控。
A minute to control your emotions
When
you work too much on your hands and don't have enough time to deal with it,
it's easy to lose control of yourself and the others, and you can't settle down
and get out of control.
At
this point, you can learn to say "No" and start trying not to get
caught up in the need to work at the same time, which helps to become a
long-term solution.
But
how can you control your mood now?
You
can do this. In every hour, take a minute to take a deep breath and calm down
and think of yourself in the past hour. Are you a good supervisor or a good
colleague? Then I promise myself to do well in the next hour.
Sometimes,
with a little bit of time, you can regain control of yourself without letting
yourself lose control.
