在關鍵的工作檢討會上,即使是最積極的老闆,很可能只能憑著他的印象來給你回饋,但是你其實是想從老闆口中聽到他對你的工作技能如何改善的建設性意見。
在你與老闆開工作檢討會之前,你可以自己先對自己的優缺點做個評估,從中去發現你可以向老闆詢問哪些問題。例如,“您可以說明得更仔細些嗎?我應該有哪些技能來承擔這樣的工作任務?”
當然,年終的檢討會並非最佳的時機來得到老闆的指導,如果你仍然對老闆說的感到困惑,可以安排一個後續的跟進會議做更深入的討論。
另外,要認知你現有的老闆不一定對你有足夠深入的了解,不一定能夠給你足夠的深入建議,你可能需要聽取他人的意見,即使你不見得要向這樣的第三者報告。

the most aggressive boss, probably give you feedback only with his impression. But,
you actually want to hear from him about your job skills, how to improve kind of constructive
suggestion.
Before you and the boss are preparing the
work review, you can first make an evaluation on your advantages and disadvantages. From that, to find you can ask what problems. For example: “Can you
explain more carefully? What skills should have to undertake this task?”
Of course, the year-end review is not the best
time to get the boss's guidance. If you still feel confused about what the boss
says, you can arrange a follow-up meeting to discuss it more deeply.
In addition, acknowledge that your
current boss may not have enough understanding to you. He may not able to give
you deep enough feedback. You may need opinions from others, even if you don't have to report to them.
