It's Also Helpful to Be Nervous
On the job, work is
hard to avoid, but it is not entirely harmful. In fact, keeping yourself busy makes
your brain work, improves memory and intelligence, and improves productivity.
You do not have to
deliberately arrange the work of tension. Moderate relaxation is still
necessary.
But you can put
yourself under some pressure. Recognize the goals you want to achieve and
invest time and energy in fulfilling your desires. This will allow the pressure
to translate into positive productivity and reduce the damage it does to you.
