不要被名義上的升級給迷惑了

多數人認為在其職業生涯中會一直不斷地獲得升級。然而，事實上大多數的工作並非總是會有職位升級。多數成功的職業工作反而總是迂迴升遷的，有的時候會有一些停滯與調職。

一般人在職業生涯的初期，會得到比較快的職位升遷，然後在他的特殊專業領域達到一個封頂的程度。

因此，你不要過度關注在名義上的職位升級。不要迷惑在你得到了更響亮的抬頭，更多人對你直接報告，或是上級安排了更多其它的陷阱。

你更應該關注的是長期的發展機會。

你應該關注的是你的下一個工作是否能夠獲得更好的工作技能與得到更豐富的工作經驗。有的時候，獲得一個調職到公司其他部門，也是一個不錯的職業生涯發展安排。

Don't be fooled by nominal escalation

Most people think in their occupation career will continue to get the upgrade. However, in fact most of the work is not always a position upgrade. Most successful occupation work but always circuitous advancement, sometimes there will be some stagnation and transfer.

In the early days of a career, average people get faster job promotions and then reach a cap in their particular field of expertise.
