找令你畏懼的導師

每位職場新鮮人都希望有個能夠關心他、支持他邁向下一個職位的導師。但是,作為菜鳥,你最好心理做好準備吃一些苦頭的準備。你最好去面對一些嚴厲的批評,以避免你日后將承擔更高的風險。
去尋找最優秀、最有才能的導師、教練、或是領導主管。你可以向他學習,並且接受他對你任何犀利的批評。不要逃避這樣的嚴厲教導,而要勇敢的去迎接這些當頭棒喝。
如果你的公司里有明星主管,趕快找機會去接下他可以指派的工作項目。你可能現在不會喜歡,但是你會獲得寶貴的教訓,這對你日後在職場的升級,會很有幫助。
Find mentors that you fear
Every new person in the workplace wants a mentor who can care for him and support him to move on to the next job. But as a rookie, you'd better prepare yourself for some hardships. You'd better go to face some harsh criticism, in order to avoid the high risk on you.
Look for the best, most talented mentors, coaches, or leaders. You can learn from him and accept any sharp criticism he has made of you. Don't avoid such strict teaching, and have the courage to meet such a blow and a shout.
If you have a star executive in your company, take the opportunity to pick up the work that he can assign. Now you may not love, but you will gain valuable lessons for you in the workplace after the upgrade, will be very helpful.
