焦慮是把雙刃劍

我們要做一個具有風險的決定時,會感到焦慮。這個時候,我們通常會想要去求教于朋友或是同事。
然而,這樣做,有的時候反而會壞事。爲什麽?因為,當我們心理焦慮的時候,我們也很容易對於判斷好壞意見的能力也降低了。
這似乎有些弔詭。我們因為焦慮心切而去求助於他人,但是我們又會很容易對他人給予的意見疑神疑鬼,心存疑惑,或是不經仔細思索而渾淪吞棗。
所以,當我們必須做決策時,先讓自己冷靜下來。
Anxiety is a double-edged sword
When we make a risky decision, we feel anxious. At this time, we usually want to seek advice from friends or colleagues.
However, doing so can sometimes lead to bad things. Why? Because when we are anxious, it is easy for us to reduce our ability to judge good or bad opinions.
It seems a little weird. We turn to others for help because we are anxious, but it is easy for us to be suspicious, doubtful, or to swallow up the opinions given by others without careful consideration.
So when we have to make a decision, we should calm ourselves down first.
