節制你隨時想工作的心態

休息對腦力活動是很重要的。然而,當今的工作環境要求愈來愈緊張的工作。這樣的情況下,即使是要安排休息都要費些心力來達成。
你可以試著在週五寫完下週的工作計劃后,無論在實質上或是心理上,就將它置之不理,並且在週末休假日里,不接任何有關工作的來電,讓自己實際上離開工作的糾葛,徹底讓自己輕鬆下來。所有有關工作的事,等週一上班再來理會。
如果你心理還會覺得如此做,會浪費你的生產力,那麼就提醒自己,休息對你更重要。
在你忙碌了一周在煩惱某項任務后,你需要徹底休息,讓自己恢復充沛的精神與腦力,來解決困難的問題。只有得到充分的休息,你才能突破艱難的挑戰。
