這是否值得花你的時間？

多數的領導者經常被許多要求來消耗他們的時間、資源，給出意見，作出決定。要判斷哪些要求應該採取行動，給予承諾，是很關鍵的技巧。 

下次在對要求給予承諾之前，問自己以下三個問題：

1. 我是正確的人嗎？
2. 這是正確的時間嗎？
3. 我有沒有足夠的資訊？ 

如果以上任何一個問題的答案是否定的，不要給予任何承諾。將這個要求pass給對的人，找另外一個時間，或是等到你有所需要的足夠資訊。

Is It Worth Your Time?

Most leaders are often asked to spend their time, resources, opinions, decisions. It is a critical skill to decide which actions should be taken and to make promises.

Next time you ask for a commitment, ask yourself the following three questions:

1. Am I the right person?
2.  Is this the right time?
3.  Do I have enough information?

If the answer to any of the above questions is negative, do not give any commitment. Put this request pass to the right person, find another time, or wait until you need enough information.
