1. 人脈關係比金錢還要重要。你也許認為你會找到一個能夠付你更高工資的工作，但是你將離開你多年建立起來，長期支持你工作的人脈關係。這不是你在新工作上容易重新建立起來的。
2. 沒有那麼急迫需要離職。通常想要離職者，傾向於沒有對下一個雇主做足夠的搜索與調研工作。做好策略計畫，比沖忙離職要有價值。
