學習，從傾聽開始

許多人在面對導師學習時，習慣賣弄，想要讓導師對自己刮目相看。但是，多數的導師對這種學徒的自大行為是不屑一顧的。

你應該謙虛的傾聽導師的教導，並且讓他感受到你是很認真的在學習著。當導師給你意見后，不要回答：“是的，我早知道這一點。”相反的，你應該複述你所聽到的，並且請求導師澄清你的理解是否正確。

導師經常會依據你的回答來測試你的理解力，你吸收的愈多，他就能夠教導你愈多。

Learn, begin by listening

Many people tend to show off when they are facing their tutors, and want to make their teachers sit up and take notice of themselves. Most instructors, however, are dismissive of the arrogance of such apprentices.

You should listen to your mentor modestly and make him feel that you are serious about learning. When your supervisor gives you your opinion, don't answer: "Yes, I knew it."." Instead, you should repeat what you hear and ask the instructor to clarify your understanding.
The instructor will always test your understanding according to your answer. The more you absorb, the more he will teach you.
