你可以藉由問你的同事來做自我檢討：

1. 什麼是我的優點？讓你的同事提出幾個項目，例如你的個性、你追求結果的意志、或是你領導改變的方式。然後，要他們說出你具體的事跡。
2. 什麼是我的致命缺點？問他們，在你目前的職位上，做什麼行為會讓你導致失敗。
3. 我的哪一項優點對公司最重要？詢問大家，如果你的某項優點真的卓越，會對公司發生重大的貢獻。
4. 我的哪一項優點做得最好？問問每個人，他們最喜歡我的哪一項優點。
