如何拒絕一個招聘錄取通知？

你去參加了一個公司的招聘面試，然後獲得了錄用通知。但是，基於各種私人原因，你決定不接受這個職位了。此時，你應該如何回應呢？

1. 表示感謝。對於你在參加招聘面試過程中見過的幾位關鍵主管，面試官，或是你知道決定錄用你的決策者，你至少應該電話通知，表示你由衷的感謝。
2. 說出理由。清楚的說明你爲什麽最後決定不接受這個職位錄用。這是在拒絕時，最重要的一個部份。儘可能誠實的敘述，而不要辱及對方或其公司。
3. 保持聯繫。在會話終了前，務必要說希望彼此保持聯繫。你永遠不知道今天被你所拒絕的對象，將來會在職業場上會和你發生什麽樣的新關係呢？！
