我們都知道有足夠睡眠是很重要的,但是還是許多人會受到手機影響而無法有個好覺。許多人會擔心沒有接到重要信息而讓自己緊張莫名,連睡覺時候都要將手機放在身邊,以便隨時可以在嗶聲一響就可以滑手機檢查來電信息。
請試著控制自己不要去理會那個手機嗶聲,先從15分鐘不理會,再到30分鐘,然後1小時,最後做到可以整晚不看手機,讓自己有足夠的休息與睡眠。
如果有任何重要的信息,你第二天早晨醒來,總有時間去處理的。

to control yourself from ignoring the phone beep for 15 minutes, then 30
