應聘面談，請準備好你的故事

 當你預備去接受應聘面談，最好預備好幾個自己的故事。有的故事可以隱喻你的好品德與性格，有的可以表現你的智慧，有的直接說明了你具有合乎應征職位所需要的工作技能。

這些故事應該同時說明你將是能夠為公司產生貢獻的員工，同時你是一名忠誠、可信任，以及勤勉的人。

你最好同時準備一個失敗的故事，而你認識到了失敗的原因，以及預備將如何改進。

你應該盡可能的誠實，說出你所得到的教訓。這樣可以贏得面談官的信任，增加他對你的印象。面談官可能會進一步要求你說明你的缺點。因此，有準備會比被當場刷一巴掌好。

Interview, please prepare your story
