要做到有效的學習,與其給予學習者很長的時間而只學習一個小片段知識,不如給予一個複雜的綜合題目,要求在限定時間內完成。提供一些相關知識課件,讓他們研究理解,并允許學員試錯,然後再給予糾錯指導,讓他們能夠真正理解學習到。
這樣的學習方式,對於選拔人才、升等或是調遷,都是必要而重要的做法。
