如何領導前同事?

被公司升級時,確實令人興奮。但是,當你面對要領導之前平起平坐的前同事時,不免尷尬。這個時候,之前的友誼關係(或是競爭關係),就不可避免的要改變了。
以下的作法,能夠協助你度過這樣的關係改變時期:
  1. 安排和團隊成員個別的會面。先安排私下的會面,而非開團隊集體會議,可以讓你針對每個人的狀況調整好你要傳遞的信息,讓每位團隊成員知道你對他的期望,以及你會如何支持他。
  2. 召開團隊會議。在你與團隊成員個別會面后,你會收集到許多意見。然後,你可以召開團隊會議,告訴大家這個團隊的發展目標,哪些應該有改變,而哪些應該好好保留。向大家說明未來團隊應該如何運作,以及你希望大家能夠精誠合作。
  3. 處理對你的領導權威的挑戰。如果有人拒絕你的領導或是背後扯你後腿,你應該約他見面,實在的告訴他你的不悅,但是你可以詢問他為何要這樣造成彼此的不愉快?

It was really exciting to be upgraded by the company. But it's embarrassing when you're faced with former colleagues who sit on their feet before you want to lead. At this time, the former friendship (or competition) will inevitably change.
