- 表現你的包容尊重。你的年輕老闆也可能會忌憚于你的年長與資深經歷,所以,你可以放輕鬆些,多包容他、多尊重他。他的老闆會選拔他,一定有他的強處。你們之間一定有可以互補合作支出。
- 建立夥伴關係。你的目標應該是與你的年輕老闆成為夥伴關係。你的資深經歷讓你擁有信用度,所以可以運用它他提供給你的年輕老闆有價值的資訊與咨詢協助,但是你也要尊重他的優點與權威。
How do you work with a boss younger than you?

- Self-review. If you care about your boss's age, ask yourself what really bothers you. Do you want this job?
