當警告癥兆出現時,你可以先深呼吸,讓自己冷靜下來。然後,與其受到激怒動氣,不如做一些比較能夠產生正面價值的行為。
你可以改變你的壞習慣、壞行為,關鍵在於你能夠認知它會發生的癥兆。
