當你總是要面對新老闆,怎麼做?

如果你在一個經常做組織重整的企業,你每隔幾個月就要被迫面對新老闆。你應該如何處理?請考慮以下做法:
  1. 介紹自己。每次當有新老闆就任時,和他做個一對一的單獨會面,帶上你的履歷。然後,讓他知道你的工作風格,你的優點,以及你的工作目標。
  2. 了解新老闆。了解他習慣如何溝通,他希望如何得到工作報告,以及報告內容需要做到哪些細節。然後,修正你的工作方式。
  3. 抓住學習的機會。將新老闆看成是你新的學習機會。問你自己,我可以向這個新老闆學習到什麼?
  4. 注意你的態度。每個新老闆都會帶給你新的挑戰,但是注意你不要總是像是有刺的刺猬。多注意自己如何能夠為公司與他的績效做出貢獻
What do you do when you are always facing a new boss?
If you are in an enterprise that is constantly reorganizing, you are forced to face a new boss every few months. How do you deal with it? Please consider the following:
  1. Introduce yourself. Each time when a new boss is in office, meet him one to one and take your resume. Then, let him know your work style, your strengths, and your work goals.
  2. Know the new boss. Understand how he is used to communicating, how he hopes to get a work report, and what details of the report needs to be done. Then, fix the way you work.
  3. Size the opportunity to learn. Think of the new boss as your new learning opportunity. Ask yourself, what can I learn from this new boss?
  4. Pay attention to your attitude. Every new boss will bring you new challenges, but notice that you don't always look like a prickly hedgehog. Pay more attention to how you can contribute to the company and his performance.
