Let To-Do List Live
Some people's To-Do List really helps to manage their work effectively, while for others, it's just a piece of waste paper that makes the list of work items longer and longer.
How do you make your To-Do List really useful?
- To split and refine. Planning to-Do projects is not about setting goals or tasks. You should break down the work process of a task/plan and plan the progress that should be accomplished every week or every day so that the goal of the task can be achieved step by step. If your To-Do project is too big, try to break it down and refine it.
- Include details. Think about what actions you should include in your daily or weekly work. Instead of writing "Contact Lao Zhang", write clearly "Contact Lao Zhang, ask him to arrange the next working meeting to discuss XXX."
