Don't give up the opportunity to evaluate your prospective employer in an interview
Almost all job interviews leave time for job seekers to ask questions before they finish. You must not waste this precious time and continue to talk about yourself. Instead, you should take the opportunity to evaluate your future employer in turn.
For example, could you ask him to explain how past projects were carried out? Or would you like him to introduce the development relationship between the company and its main customers? Or, could you tell him how the employee relationship is?
The tone and posture of his answer reveal his style, values and habits. For example, is he also a self-admiring director? Does he tend to be a self-acclaimed boss?
This information can give you a preliminary understanding of what kind of person your potential future employer is, and provide you with an assessment of how you should get along with him in the future.
